Reverse Engineering

We offer reverse engineering services where existing products or prototypes have been manufactured but no drawings data exists. We will strip down the product (if required), measure it and then produce a complete manufacturing assembly, piece part drawings and parts listing package. We will also highlight any design modifications to improve the product performance or to make it more cost effective to produce. 

Electronic drawings can be converted into various formats such as DXF and STEP files which are sent directly to manufacturing equipment to produce the part. These processes are suited to CNC, laser cutting, water jet cutting etc. Using this process reduces the cost of manufacturing dramatically.
